Skopje School of Theology (SST) is the research and theological arm of the Evangelical Theological Institute – Kumanovo. Below are our vision, our mission, and what we believe.
Vision, mission, and what we believe
The vision of the Skopje School of Theology is the holistic, theological education of Christian servants in the church and in society who will serve in many ways and in many contexts, as God calls them, for the advancement of the Kingdom of God and for the glory of God.
Our mission is to raise up leaders under 30 and to provide a qualitative step forward for leaders over 30 from every evangelical Protestant denomination and local church, by creating contexts suited to that purpose — theological programs and lectures, a practicum, weekend schools, specialized conferences, and mentorship.
The theology of the Skopje School of Theology is rooted first and foremost in the Bible, in Holy Scripture. Only then is it rooted in the Nicene-Constantinopolitan creed, in the evangelical, biblically grounded witness of the Church through the centuries, and in the historic evangelical Protestant theology summarized in the Lausanne Covenant.
The Skopje School of Theology aims to contribute to the advancement of the evangelical mission through which Christ will be proclaimed in every language, in every culture, and in every sphere of life — in Macedonia, across the Balkans, and throughout the world.
